Since all products sold on Pickikt are digital products delivered electronically, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.

No Returns

Digital products cannot be physically returned. Once a product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered electronically, it cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

All purchases are considered final after successful delivery.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment for the same order.
• Payment was completed but the purchased product was not delivered.
• The purchased digital file is permanently corrupted and cannot be replaced.
• Technical issues on our platform prevent access to the purchased product.

Refund requests will not be approved for:

• Change of mind.
• Accidental purchases.
• Purchasing the wrong product.
• Incompatibility with your device when system requirements were clearly stated.
• Failure to read the product description before purchase.
• Lack of technical knowledge required to use the product.
• Products already downloaded or accessed.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
